According to the decision of the Provincial Government Council of Ministers dated 18th Kartik 2076, this Social Development Division Office Tulsipur Dang has been established among the 6 Social Development Division Offices established within the province under the Ministry of Social Development and Directorate of Education and Social Development. The working area of this division office is Dang and Rukum East districts. The official inauguration of this division office was done on the 16th of November 2076 by the Honorable Sudarshan Baraljiu, the Minister of Social Development. This office has been established and is operating in the building of the former Business and Skill Development Training Center Dang. The main responsibility of this office is to work under the Ministry of Social Development and the Directorate of Education and Social Development of the provincial government to achieve the set goals. According to the decision of the provincial government, the former professional and skill development training center Dang has also been adjusted in this office. With the intention of solving the problems of poverty and unemployment prevalent in the country and in this region, the office provides short and medium-term professional and skill-based basic trainings in cutting, sewing, electrical connection, plumbing, hairdressing, Trainings in building, electronics repair, computer, automechanics and motorcycle repair are also taking place regularly.
